Pilates Pulse with Lea Rosbeck

This is a fast-paced, athletic pilates class that will tone and sculpt all of the major muscle groups, while isolating and activating the minor muscles of the body. Recovery and downtime is minimized by weaving classical poses with contemporary variations for challenging sequences. Optional use of small props (including small ball, hand weights, yoga blocks) may be used to layer.?
