An effective all-over body workout that will strengthen, tone and shape your glutes, thighs, abs and arms. Class includes light weights and exercises at the ballet barre.
*60 minute classes have been shortened to 50 minutes. *Classes have been modified to acclimate to wearing a mask. *Please bring your own mat. We will provide other equipment when needed*
