Power & Pliability with Charlie Giordano
Tuesday, 6:00 PM45 minutes of boxing training, blending agility, strength, and focus that will challenge you in every way possible. Followed by 30 minutes of Yin Yoga as rehab for the body by creating myofascial release, keeping joints supple, with their full range of motion, and fostering a calm and meditative focus. All in the small-format with individualized attention, accessible for all levels, all ages, all bodies.
