Interval Training & Yoga with Jess Taing
Tuesday, 12:00 PMA 1 hour 50/50 blend of interval strength training and then yoga.
Students will spend the first 30 minutes of class doing mindful isometric strength training designed to develop conscious muscle awareness. The remaining 30 minutes of class will be a vinyasa yoga flow to shift their bodies into rest, relax, and feel. Class will end with a sound healing.
