Reformer Pilates with Stefan Knight
Friday, 1:00 PMPilates is a full-spectrum method of exercise that teaches you what integration feels like in your body. Whether you want to get in shape, or are looking to find a powerful way to manage pain and joint problems, Pilates may be your next best paradigm for true fitness. The use of specialized equipment helps tone muscles, as well as balance muscular forces at the joint level and stimulate circulation by facilitating muscular flexibility, join range of motion, and proper alignment. All of these attributes combine to prevent injury and to reduce, or eliminate, chronic pain.
This class uses the Reformer machine and is limited to 4 students. Registration is required.
