Through traction and floor sequences GST or Graceful Somatic Technique focuses on the integration of the whole body using somatic self-manipulation of fascia to create a strong resilient and dynamic body. GST challenges students to work beyond their perceived limits and discover their own internal physicality. Injury prevention and rehabilitation are embedded into the fabric of the technique. GST is for all body types, ages and levels of expertise and anyone who wants to add another dimension to their healthy lifestyle.
